I can't sign into minecraft education edition
I can't sign in under a gmail account and it just says this: Request Id: 14a2bf30-cabb-43b9-b81f-2d5e677ee900
Correlation Id: 75be0be2-79d3-4bc2-87dd-acb154be6522
Timestamp: 2021-11-24T21:21:25Z
Message: AADSTS50020: User account 'ogideonw@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'b36b1432-1a1c-4c82-9b76-24de1cab42f2'(Minecraft Education Edition) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

I'm sorry to hear that you are running into this login error. This error indicates that you are logging in with a personal Microsoft account. In order to access Minecraft: Education Edition, you'll need to have a Microsoft 365 school or business account. You can use this school or business account to access a free trial of Minecraft: Education Edition, and you can always try out a demo lesson without logging in. Read more: Try Minecraft: Education Edition for free
If you would like to purchase a license to get full access, you can read about your purchase options here: Purchasing Options for Minecraft: Education Edition Licenses

If you have recently purchased a license through our Camps & Clubs program, you'll need to create users in the Admin Center and then assign purchased licenses to them. When you first signed in and purchased Minecraft: Education Edition licenses, right before the billing info you would have created a new "business" email with its own @domain . The template is usually (EmailName@DomainName.onmicrosoft.com). Also, when you try to log into Admin Center, you should see your onmicrosoft account cached if you use the same device as when you purchased M:EE. If you can remember the Domain name but not the email name part, let me know.
Here is a link to the admin center where you'd access with your onmicrosoft.com account
Here is the initial guide that has some more details on the process you would have initially gone through in case that helps. If you're able to log into the admin center, you can see this guide for how to manage users & licenses.
