transfer license from personal email to education email?
Hi,
I have an MS 365 from my university, but paid for the 1 yr license through my personal hotmail account in March. This used to work earlier in the year, but I am now getting the same error as others about needing to sign in with an educational account. Is it possible to transfer the license to my university account? Otherwise, it seems appropriate to grandfather in the personal account license, since this policy seems to have been enacted after I paid for the license.

It sounds like you have a sign-in problem, not a license problem, if you have a paid account (still active intil March 2022) and your university account also.
Or is it that you are wishing to use your university 365 account to host your personal MC:EE account? I don't think that would be the way I would go, personally, but if you did, I think you will need to reach out to customer support about that. The university would be in charge of accounts in their domain, if i understand how that works...
In any event, you are having trouble signing in, it sounds like, and I'm sorry for the trouble! I do suggest a help ticket so that when this problem is righted you will hear about it quickly. I am sure when it is fixed the solution will have a post here as well.
