  Hi,

  We have a few licenses purchased for using Minecraft For Education based on our Tenant. On my account there seems to be a Trial version of Minecraft for education attached. We are unable to apply a license on my account and Minecraft keeps giving the Trial expired error.

  Hi Dave Koelman - I've opened a ticket with the support desk.  Could you reply to the email in your inbox with a bit more information:

  • what email address are you using to login?
  • what notification/error message do you see when you try to login?
  • what website (Microsoft Admin Center or Store for Education) are you using to assign the license, and what happens when you try to assign the license?
