Why is minecraft education edition in my AVG quaurantine?

    Hello Taite BADDELEY - This is a false positive from AVG's "smart firewall" that tries to predict what things may be an issue.  The install file is safe as long as it was downloaded from our official download site.  https://education.minecraft.net/get-started/download

    If you have issues even after releasing the file and adding Minecraft: Education Edition as an exception in AVG, you may need to reinstall the app.

    thanks, a few days before i got that notification, Minecraft: Education Edition let me log in, but then it just got stuck on 0% while working, but it is fine now.

    Well normally it quarantines any exe files for some reason.
