    If you are on a Chromebook, please update to the latest version of ChromeOS.  If you are on a different device, could you let us know:

    • What type of device?
    • What OS version?

    Its Acer Aspire A515-43. Ryzen 3 graphics card. 8gb memory. Windows 10. Was working fine up until the update. Normal Minecraft works fine.

    Above picture is what I am getting. 

    Somehow I managed to install a second version on my computer and getting this screen. I have been unable to get it to work for a week now. What should I do?
