Minecraft education edition on MacBook
So I was playing on my world, and then my minecraft just started to delete itself I pressed "ESC" and that fixed it..? and also when i walk to the left or right and it just walks and jumps by itself I pressed "ESC" again and that helped..! I really need help with this

Another user mentioned to try plugging in an external USB keyboard to see if the issue is only happening on the Apple keyboard. It could be a driver issue or even lag that is occurring as well. Can you let us know the OS version of the device? And make sure your screen is super clean for the touch screen side of this.
