  Are all the worlds you are trying to import for Education Edition or 1.14 or earlier Bedrock Edition worlds?

  You can't import worlds for a newer version of minecraft than your software is running.  Also if the worlds have add ons that don't support your verion of the game, that may also make the import fail.
