Chat keeps spamming "Oops, don't know this block"

I am a student  and were using Minecraft Education Edition in class But I can't do anything because in my chat whenever i place a block is shows this:

Is there a way to fix this please let me know.

  are you trying to use a command to place a block?  Or perhaps is this world you are playing in set to not let you place blocks because you are supposed to be doing it some other way?  Like using your agent or something?
