Is it possible to purchase Minecraft Education Edition without creating a Microsoft Admin Centre account?

  I think it is actually the Microsoft 365 for education that you are subscribing to and that includes the Minecraft Education Edition.  I'm not 100% certain on this since I got mine before camps and clubs came out but I believe that is how you do it.
