Microsoft store won't load
I am trying to buy a license for M:EE, but when I add it to my cart, the checkout page just buffers. Any ideas?
I've tried-
- another browser
- clearing cache
- signing out and in
- updating profile info

We sometimes see this issue when a user's billing profile isn't complete. Try going through these steps:
1. Click on the following link:
https://admin.microsoft.com/Adminportal/Home#/BillingAccounts/billing-accounts
- Sign in with your administrator account
- Click on Edit billing account information
- Provide all of the requested information
- Navigate to the Microsoft Store for Education
- Sign in with your account
- Please try to make the purchase again.
