MEE would not start / login

Hi all

I installed MEE on M1 Macbook Pro but has not been able to start the application. Most of the time, I've needed to force quit it to close. 

It will either be stuck at the login forever, or would not even start the login process. Plus, when I went to the download page earlier, it suggested the ipad version (?) rather than the mac one for me to download. When I wanted to download the ipad version, I'm not allowed to do so.

Really wanted to start learning to design activities/world for university teaching... help!

  Sorry you're having trouble -- I have seen that error where the software download page suggests a tablet app for my desktop. Hmmm. . . . .Penny?

  As for it not starting, any monitoring software running in the background that prevents MCEE from launching?

  Hi there Huzaimi Haron. Can you confirm that your MacOS install is up to date? I recommend doing a full uninstall as well, then reinstalling from the link @deborah alexander posted.
