    Hi Lily-

    We've had some outages with the services that generate join codes over the past few days.  Could you try it again and let us know if you are seeing the same issue?

    We have tried again, and nothing. No codes are generated. IP addresses are not working.

    I have the same issue since last week. Other than that the MacOS is updated to BigSur 11.3 nothing else is changed, but it worked with this OS version.

    We have had some issues with our Discovery Service over the past few weeks that have been the cause of these join code issues.  These outages shouldn't last longer than 5-10 minutes and then your join codes should work again.  Our team has put a few measures in place that should reduce the disruptions, and are also working hard to continue improving this service to eliminate the outages.
