When I sign in the game crashes

Hello,

 

I have a few students here that are experiencing issues when signing into the game. When they put their credentials in and then click on sign in the game freezes and then crashes saying "Microsoft Education Edition keeps stopping". Help what could be causing this?

  • Are the students using school-issued devices?
  • Do the students get this crash on a different internet connection?
  • What platform are they using?
  • Is the issue still happening? Does it happen 100% of the time?
