Access without teacher

I haven't been able to see anything regarding this, but I was looking to demo the education edition to my remote students and student access was recently brought up that I hadn't considered. If I'm not online, are students able to access everything regardless? Is there some sort of control that can be set that limits their access?

  Yes, Jason Peters they can access and we currently don't have any controls to limit access.
