    Sorry to hear that you're having difficulties. 

    I'm assuming you're playing from the same house and on the same wifi? 

    Couple of suggestions... have you restarted the iPad? Do the iPads require any OS updates?

    we are, but she got unenrolled and then enrolled back to the same school. and yes we are at the same house and using the same wifi. we have both tried restarting our ipads, they are up to date and it still doesn't work. but thank you for the suggestions!

    Hi Isabel, 

    Thanks for responding with all that information. 

    If she was un-enrolled from the school, when they re-enrolled her something may have not been setup right with her account. 

    I'd reach out to your school IT support to see if the account has been properly configured. You can also submit a  ticket with the Minecraft Education Edition support and perhaps they can shed some light on it.
