Unable to download Minecraft Education Edition

I am trying to download Minecraft Education Edition onto a laptop and keep getting this error

 

 

Does anyone have a solution??

My son has tried several times and when we try to install this error message appears.

I have removed all the previous installation files but to no avail.

  Hello,

  It sounds like you are not an administrator on the laptop or are otherwise blocked from installing software. Is this a school device? They may have the ability to remote install.

  I am logged onto the computer as the administrator and it is a home device. It's really weird.
