I cannot access the lesson library

When I open the program to access the lessons, I get an error message saying that it cannot connect to the library. I am connected to the internet and I have used the same account on my desktop to access the lesson library successfully help. I'd love to use this with my students, but I can't access the lessons I need. Here is screenshot of the message:

  If you're encountering issues accessing the library, you'll need to have your IT department add an exception to your firewall: https://*.minecrafteduservices.com/

  Thank you. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted, but I am still having the same issue. My students are eager to get started!

  Hello. I am also having the same issue.

  I cannot access "lessons", "monthly build challenges", "biomes & worlds" and "how to play."

   

  I get the same message: go back or help

  Thanks for looking into this issue.

  I will second Dan Noble's comment here - this is most likely a whitelisting issue on your network. Your network administrators may need to reach out to Minecraft: Education Edition for support with this if they are unable to get the whitelisting settings configured.
