Just sign in get your friends to sign into minecraft then press play once everyone is into Minecraft. After that someone needs to make a world once you've finished doing your settings press host. The rest of your friends will now click join world on the bottom of the screen. The person that made the world then has to look at the code when you pause the game and the code will be there. When you get the code and tell it to your friends they can join the world with the join world button. I tried my best not to make this confusing :)

Hi there Braeden Johansen, Derek Estrada is correct on the steps to set up games with friends. Minecraft: Education Edition requires all players to be on the same domain/tenant to play together. As such, there is no official friend's list someone could access. I hope this answers your question!
