Hi! I was wondering why it says "chat is currently disabled" every time I try to type into the chat. Thank you!

  Hi there Kathleen Chan.Your chat may be disabled by default by the Office 365 administrator for your tenant/domain. I would talk to your IT Admin to see if this is the case.
