Code written in code builder doesn't run for students

Hello,

We tried Hours Of Code on MC Education.

I can run the code written in code builder (for Agent moving), but the students can't. The moment they touch the run button (arrow), the app does nothing. For the teacher, the code window closes automatically and the code executes.

I am not sure what is wrong. Could be a network access? We run IPads that are controlled by a Meraki Management Tool.
