Try closing the program, and then signing back into it again.

Having the same issue as Nigel at the moment. Yesterday everything worked just fine but now I nor the students can generate join codes for some reason. Running the latest versions on all PCs and ports etc are opened.

I've run into this issue a couple of times.

I would recommend you restart your computer and load the application again.

Tried multiple times, both teachers and both students (Even got them trying to host). Appears we cant access the server.

Same problem here. I restarted the computer but that didn't help.

Have all of the recommended pages been whitelisted on your network? We have run into this with locations that did not complete the whitelisting.

Also, make sure your app is fully updated on all devices.

Merry Hofmeister do you have a link to that documentation.  We cannot generate codes today. I also suspect our web filter and DNS filer.

    Hi Luc,

A complete list of the URLs you'll need to whitelist are here

Additionally, you may need to check out this guide on port forwarding, here. I can provide more detail on this last item if you need it.

Dan Noble  Port forwarding is not possible as we are a school board.  Thanks for the info.

    Hi Luc Levesque

Yes, my board isn't keen on opening up the port forwards either.

I've been hosting and offering to host a number of sessions from home.
