    Hello Kurt Dager,

    This error would confirm that they do in fact not have a license assigned to their account. Can you have your IT admin double check? If the issue persists please contact support directly and we can get it figured out. Thanks!

    How do I contact support directly?  This is an issue for 20+ students in our grade level of 200

     

    Also, I have several students that are remote.  They are unable to log in via their school Microsoft account.  I am able to log into their account at school.  They get a message that they must use their school account.  Thoughts?
