    Windows, Chromebook or Mac?

Is this a school device or personal device?

    Hello Rohan,

Thanks for posting. I would un-install the app. After it is uninstalled search for the mcpack or add on that is the shader and manually delete it. After you then re-install it should be able to run without the pack.

Let us know how it goes. Thanks!

Try going to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Studios\Minecraft Education Edition\data\shaders folder and manually deleting the files that were placed in there.

Its no longer working after a while the texture pack still loaded is there any way to delete the shader pack via going to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Studios\Minecraft Education Edition\data and if so what files do I delete

No way for me to know which files were added.

    Couple of options.

    1. Compare the above file locations with a computer that is working to see if there any differences and delete the extras on the non-working computer.

    2. Second option, uninstall Minecraft Education Edition. Then look in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Studios\Minecraft Education Edition to see if that program folder is still there. If it is, delete it. Then re-install the application again. If you're installing the installation from the Minecraft Education Edition website, try the Microsoft Store install instead (or vice versa).

Something is being left behind during the uninstall process, so it's a matter of trying to find a remove what that is.

Hi there EDUARD FABRICANTE. Minecraft: Education Edition is not compatible with shader packs, mods, texture packs, skin packs, etc. You will likely need to completely uninstall the app and do a full reinstall. In regards to your school email, you'll need to contact your IT admin and have them assist with that.
