Support ticket threads in email
A bit of feedback regarding tech support tickets - whenever a ticket is updated, it sends an email containing the entire conversation in the email. This makes reading them really hard, particularly for long threads, as there is both the email's conversation, and the duplicated conversation inside the emails. It would be great if the email only contained the latest update, with a link to see the entire conversation.
