    Hey Dave Bettinger

Thanks for reaching out to us! I am sorry to hear that you are running into this issue. My first question would be if you have contacted the admin who is in charge of your Office 365 Education accounts? I am wondering if certain students accounts have accidentally not been officially assigned a license for M:EE. Let me know if you can reach out to them and we will go from there!

This issue doesn't affect all students, only a small percentage. But we are hearing it is happening in other schools in the district besides mine. Tonight a student notified me that she had received this message, and sent me a screen shot. I noticed that she was still using v1.12.60, so I sent her instructions on how to upgrade to v1.14.31. I'm still waiting to hear from her to see if this cleared up the problem for her, but at this point I don't know.

I have reached out to our O365 administrator and will let you now what I learn. As for the girl from last night, she successfully upgraded to v1.14.31, but it didn't change anything for her.

I am going to turn your post into a tech support ticket so we can start working on it over there.

    Hey Ding,

You will to purchase a license to continue playing Minecraft Education. The world's are stored on your device and should still be there once you log back in.
