Feature Request : Modify objects or entities in Makecode before placing or giving them

It would be great for example to be able to put an item or a monster in a variable, then change it (enchanting a sword, or changing the health of a monster) before placing it :) I believe it would not be that hard to do this for objects as the /give commands already lets you enchant items.
