How to reset security question

You can reset your security questions from your Mojang account, and instructions will be sent to the email registered to your Mojang account.

  Are you referring to the website, or the login to the game? For password assistance to your game account, please contact the Office 365 for Education team. Just send a message to o365edu@microsoft.com for help. For password assistance to the website, please contact us at support (aka.ms/meesupport) with the name/email used for the website (education.minecraft.net).
