    Hi Kelby,

Thanks for the message. This would need to be something I would pull your IT admin in on.

If students are installing the app I would recommend setting your network up so that students cannot install apps.

If all machines already have the game installed you would need to setup a firewall setting that blocks trial access but not licensed access for others.

I do the IT on our network the problem goes beyond the free trial issue.

We have Minecraft Education Edition on all our classroom PCs it turns out that any of our students can use their office 365 accounts to login to Minecraft irrespective of wether they are named on the manage licenses page of the educationstore.

    This is causing problems.

What firewall setting will block the free trial however they dont appear to get the number of trials left message when they are logging in.

    Hello,

You may want to ensure that auto-claim is turned off in your store settings. This will ensure that students are not claiming actual licenses.

Done that, all licences allocated but in my last class 6 students managed to still login.
    It's a bit strange.

Hmmm they must be getting in on trial then. Minecraft doesn't have any mechanisms in place to stop this that I am aware of.

The IT admin would need to configure a network setting of some sort.
