Code Builder Update Bug

While exploring the new integrated Code Builder with my students, we discovered that it was not possible to select a code block that is directly next to the undo/+/- buttons at the bottom of code editor (Microsoft Make Code). This is most evident in single line code blocks such as the "Selector to string" block at the bottom of "Mobs." It is not possible for us to pull that block out at all.

You can also see the issue on the "Blocks" tab with the "Clone..." block at the bottom. Since it is taller, you can drag it from above the "filtered by" section, but it doesn't select anything below that part of the block, where it is next to the buttons mentioned earlier.
