[Bug] Extreme lag when typing in MakeCode + suggestion

Hi!

I was so excited to read that CodeBuilder is also available on iPad now, as I use it to teach with MakeCode and now can leave my laptop at home.

I just have one bug to report: when making a variable, or writing text in a text block, for example, there's an extreme delay between typing a letter and it appearing in the app. It happens both when using a keyboard, as well as the on screen keyboard.

Besides that, it's perfect to work with! 

Maybe a suggestion which you're probably already working on: can the 11 inch iPad Pro resolution be supported? There are black bars on the side right now.
