When using [Ctrl] + [Pick Block] on the Boards, Slates, and Posters, it seems like it is copying the data similar to signs, command blocks, chests but it doesn't actually copy any text input on the signs. It adds a new board, slate, or poster to your inventory with the (+DATA) tag), but placing it down simply places a blank copy.  This would be a very beneficial feature to have working so my students can move things around a little easier.

Additionally, it would be great if the [Ctrl] + [Pick Block] data saving feature could be added to the NPCs that we place, as well.  As it is, you must set the NPC to have a TP command to move them, but I don't always know where I want it when I discover I don't want it where it is at.  Copying it into my inventory would be a big time saver.

Finally, is [Tab] auto complete going to be added to command blocks in the Education Edition?  It would be very beneficial for my students if they could get feedback while typing in a command block instead of using the chat window to ensure a command is formatted correctly.

Thanks for the update, my students are excited to see what's new!

@Graham. I am not able to reproduce this. Can you submit a request and send over the world that is causing this?

@Chris if you run Windows update it should help fix the problem.

While playing, we see red flashing blocks at different intervals and distances. Flashes about 10 flashes per minute.

Just a note about agents: We can create and eliminate agents from our server computer, but not from the user computer.

@marco I have reported this to MakeCode

Animals should blink red and then disappear, is that not the case?

You need /OP to /kill the agent

  • Particles doesn't work!

Particles seem to work fine in a world I downloaded from http://mondoagram.com/6CqW (Post Link: https://mcpedl.com/new-particles-map/

I used the same code in my world to get this effect, which is supported in ME 1.9.0, but it didn't work.

    /particle minecraft:test_colorcurve ~ ~1 ~

To stop animals from spawning and then getting killed instantly, type in:
    /domobspawning false or possibly
    /gamerule domobspawning false
