Why won't Minecraft education edition let me sign in?

I don't understand. Why can't I? Yes, it's on a school laptop, but my school has the license. I have internet as well as in account. I logged in lots of time before, but now it wont let me. I tried resetting my laptop, uninstall the game and reinstalling, etc.
