I tried to give my feedback to the Urban Planning Project lesson but it does not allow me. What's the problem?

  It just happened in my previous post, just uploaded it too long, and I was not sure if was able to upload my content. Every content that I try to publish is loaded too long and often fails to load.
  
  Problem

  Thank you for your response, you were really fast. Unfortunately, the speed of internet in Croatia is unmatched at a low level :(
