Shared Worlds
Minecraft EE was recently installed on desktops our computer lab and on the Probook laptops in my classroom. When students login to Minecraft in the computer lab (desktops) they automatically see each other and myself in the "friends" tab. However, when they login to the laptops they can't see anyone in the "friends" tab, including myself despite the fact that we're all on the same network. Is their a setting for this, and is it possible for students logged into the laptops to play with students logged into the dekstops?

Hi Shane! In multiplayer, the software creates a server IP when you connect or create a world. Students connect to you using that IP - and you can provide it to them when they're using laptops. Once they know the IP and connect it should show you under Friend.
That said, we do have a Basic Troubleshooting page in our Knowledge Base (https://education.minecraft.net/support/knowledge-base/basic-troubleshooting/), and further troubleshooting available via Support as needed.0
