How do I add the fixedinvslots

I have 8 students and need to set them up with the 3 fixed inv slots for the camera, portfolio and quill

How do I do this? as I am unable to use the /setfixedinvslots command on the student's accounts.

  Still no joy finding an answer to this. I have noticed though that some worlds do have the inv slots enabled by default. Is this a world setting and if so how do I activate it?

  Fixed inventory slots are part of the world save. If someone creates them and exports the world, then anyone will have them. It's done during world creation (or at any time by the host of the world).
