Improved Book features: Formatting, editing, math friendly, freehand, .pdf compatibility

Book and quill is one of the only assessment methods available in MEE at present. I can think of a million improvements but I'm going to hold off and just make suggestions for 4 page templates. Feel free to add other suggestions in the comments.
1. Image page like the current one
2. Text page but with improved formatting and editing options eg. bullet points
3. An equation friendly page formatted for maths formulas. This would also allow graph generation from the data on the page.
4. An inking canvas allowing free inking from tough screen devices. (Obviously I'd love inking on boards and maps too but that's a different post maybe).

Adding additional feedback:

Would love for the books to be able to be exported into PDFs. This would be easier for grading
