NPC Commands/Trade
I'm trying to setup a market place of NPCs where person 1 will trade you a leather for coal, and then person 2 will trade coal for flowers, and person 3 will trade flowers for silver, or whatever...
Is this possible via commands? Can someone help me figure it out?
Is there a list of commands available somewhere so I can figure out what I'm doing?

I think maybe the /replaceitem command might work, but I'm unsure how to make it work. Perhaps you could help me with an example?
If a student has coal in their possession, walks up to an NPC how do I program that NPC to "take" the coal from the student and give them leather?
If I had that example command I'm sure I could modify it and setup the rest of the marketplace myself...
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

There are a couple of ways to do what you describe, and NPC's and commands is certainly one of them, but perhaps not the simplest.

Hi Ryan,
We did do the stream earlier this week, I am in the process of editing the footage, and collating all of the resources together for release. As to 'documentation' there is only what is on the Bedrock wiki, however as mentioned, if you join the discord community, you will know exactly when it is released, or you can check my youtube channel: http://youtube.com/eduelfie it should be there within a week (hopefully if time permits).

I would love to have a direct command for this... I am trying to make kids understand the importance of "clean water".... I want student to be able to trade for water, but can't be there to do it myself... anyone have a clear answer and not a link to a discord or youtube channel?

You are not alone in the wish for a direct, easier command and option for this. However, the only way right now is quite involved. The reason there is a YouTube link, is that has 3 different ways you can achieve trading in M:EE. The direct link to the video, if it helps is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=282lCPuZxEw Or, if you would like, drop by the Discord, as that is where it is much easier to hold a conversation about exactly what you want, the best way to achieve it, and also support you to get it to happen in world. Entirely up to you though, there is no 'turnkey' solution, unless you want to pay someone to do it for you. Let me know if I can help any more.
