I am an Xbox user and have logged into my Word account but can't get anything to work

  Thanks for reaching out. At this time an Office 365 Education account is required to login and play or purchase Minecraft: Education Edition. Its free for qualifying academic organizations. You can learn more here: https://products.office.com/en-us/student/office-in-education

  There are many other educational opportunities using the Minecraft Bedrock and Java editions. (The version you can play on Xbox is Bedrock.) The Minecraft Franchise recently released a collection of free Educational worlds that can be accessed on the Bedrock version of Minecraft: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/free-educational-content-minecraft-marketplace-
