Playing M:EE without school or O365

I don't have a school account, or an O365 account. Is there a way I can play with my Microsoft account or any other?

  If you have M:EE installed there is a "free" lesson (it's the AI for Good lesson) you can use to get familiar with the game, but I'm guessing that you are looking for more than just a single lesson.

  In the regular Minecraft Marketplace there are several good Education lessons that have been made available so with these you can use your regular Minecraft account and check them out.

  Otherwise M:EE requires a school O365 account.
