    me too it doesnt work i have tried many times plz help me with this it is boring in demo lessons it is very bad if you finish the hour of code it doesnt allow you to pick up blocks if you break them and you cant pass the mountains to explore so plz help me and fix this for evryone else! thank you

    Sorry to hear you're having difficulties.

    This issue is usually caused on Windows 10 laptops when there are two installs of Minecraft Education Edition installed.

    Go to Start>Settings>Apps.

    Look for Minecraft Education Edition; there should be two listed. Click on and uninstall the oldest one.

    This should resolve your problem. Please let us know if this helps!

    Sorry to hear you're having difficulty with this. I understand your frustration. 

    Have you tried the above suggestion I made earlier in this thread? 

    What other troubleshooting steps have you taken, and can you tell us what kind of device you're playing on (iPad, Windows or Chromebook)?

    Access to administrative functions on your computer are protected by your school board. You'll need to reach out to your school's IT department for assistance.

    this happened to me to but i think it was because i was moving and so my ip changed and i thing it needs a little time to prosses that if im wrong sorry

     

    (this doesn't happen anymore tho because i am already done moving)
