Music in menu and in game not working

When I installed minecraft in 2020, there was music and jukeboxes could play. But when I sign in now, there is no music from music discs, backround music and playsound command. I restarted my computer several times, but it didn't work. I even unistalled the app several times and also noticed the problem wasn't fixed. Other posts even posted about this problem 2 years ago! Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Anyways, I installed minecraft on a chromebook. It seems like on a pc, the thing works. But I can't install on pc.
