  Hey there,

  I do not believe there to be a way to translate these lessons, however if you use the "I" key while in game while you look at a sign or board, you can open up Immersive Reader. You can also open up Immersive Reader by clicking the little book icon at the bottom right of the screen when talking to an NPC. There you can change languages.
