Error P2P/SIG: no_session(Empty Auth from Discovery)

I am getting this error on PC (Win 10 fully updated) running M:EE 1.20.12:

Unable to connect. Please restart your client. P2P/SIG: no_session(Empty Auth from Discovery)

This happens when trying to Host or Play worlds. I have tried different PCs, different accounts, un/re-install, different wired/wifi/mobile networks. But still getting the same message.

This was working yesterday, I can't think of anything I have done that could cause this since then. I am in South East Asia.

Its really an official "update" as much as it is a hotfix for a few trending issues like this one.
