Yea Thats a very good idea but you cant do it because

Minecraft: Education Edition uses Office 365 Education accounts for authentication, and multiplayer sessions are limited to accounts within the same Office 365 Education domain.

The Minecraft (Bedrock) partner servers require a Microsoft/Xbox Live account for online authentication.

well you can come at this with a different approach you can create a multiplayer server that stays open and hoast it and then post the code in a spot were very one can get to the cod and many do like the same thing from the servers form bedrock and java. or give is a import of mini games like one block and combat games.
