Code Builder Not Working in 1.20 Beta
Hi, I've noticed that the code builder isn't loading when i pressed "c" on my keyboard. This didn't also work on other coding including Python lesson tutorial worlds.
I'm using the Windows Version of Minecraft Education for 1.20

Sorry to hear you are running into some issues with the beta!
We tried this internally and I also ran into this! For me, for some reason the "C" key was unmapped from Code Builder when I opened Beta for the first time. Check your control scheme and see if you need to map it again.
If so, I will let the dev team know about the bug.

Yep it was set to be unassigned, so you have to manually assign its keybind button for this to work again. Hope this would be fixed when the actual release of the version came out. Thanks.

I'm using .exe file to run the beta version of Minecraft Education. I'm running it on my laptop (Windows).
Just asking if the .appx are for the mobile version?0 -

Just wanted to double check as to pin point the issue a little further. I was also on the .exe when I experienced it. We had someone experience it too on our most recent beta test yesterday.
The .appx can be used for Windows devices as well.

Thanks for the update. So what would be the main difference between the .exe from the .appx file? Sorry if I have to ask this further.
