Not installing
error message: There has been a problem with the Windows Installer Package. A program part of the set up did not run as expected. contact your support personnel or package vender."
Can anyone help have not had this problem before.

Can you send us a screenshot of the error message? If this is a Windows device, try running the installer as an administrator by right clicking it. Also try moving the installer to a new location like the documents folder or desktop.
