    Hey there!

1.)Has your allow listed all URLs from this page : https://educommunity.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/articles/360047118992-FAQ-IT-Admin-Guide-

2.) Do you have a proxy or web filter that might be blocking the apps connection to our services? For Chromebooks, if you have a proxy, this is likely to happen since Chromebooks dont have full proxy support at this time.

    3. Lastly, multifactor authentication could be playing a role in this error if you wanted to test disabling it to see if that helps with the error, below are the steps:

To Disable 2FA we can try the following steps:

If your subscription is new, Security defaults might already be turned on for you automatically.
You enable or disable security defaults from the Properties pane for Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) in the Azure portal.
        1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center with global admin credentials.
        2. In the left nav choose Show All and under Admin centers, choose Azure Active Directory.
        3. In the Azure Active Directory admin center choose Azure Active Directory > Properties.
        4. At the bottom of the page, choose Manage Security defaults.
          5. Choose Yes to enable security defaults or No to disable security defaults, and then choose Save.

Let me know how that goes!

    Hey Aiden,

What happened when you allowlisted the URLs?

What happened when you disabled 2FA?

Are there any proxies or web filters on the network?

Have you tried connecting to a different network?

    Best,
