My child updated the app and now is unable to to even get to enter their email address to login, it can be played on Demo mode but not in their login, I’ve updated on my iPad and they can log in on there no issues. iPads are both the same generation, same updates. The error message is a Microsoft error message ‘Something went wrong.  It’s like it’s logged into something in the background and not allowing us to log out and login? I can’t figure out why it would do it to this iPad and not the other 2 that we have updated at the same time. Any help/ advice?
