    Hey there,

Sorry to hear! Are you on a personal device/ account or a school managed device / account?

The same happened to me, minus the skyscraper, I built something else, I am on a school managed device and account, and I hope there is a way I can get my world back.

Update, I found the world in my files but I don't know how to get it into minecraft because it is a folder containing all the info about the world.

Hi, Jacob Massey - I'm glad you located your files. If you open the mcworld file, that's the one you want. If you see a bunch of worlds with crazy names (you know, like F6b45bI2cc type long names) you can pick the one with the most recent edit date and hope it was the one you wanted. (mcworld is a file extension, like Microsoft Word files have a .doc extension - Minecraft EDU worlds have a .mcworld extension.)
