Settings/Pause window keeps Popping Up

Hi I have a few cases where the settings/pause window keeps on popping up without the students pressing the ESC key. What could be the problem? How to troubleshoot it? I have asked the students to restart, change user ID and checked the version number and it is the latest one. All to avail. Thank you in advance. 

Attached link is the video of it happening. About 5 in my class of 40 students.

  This may be due to a bad install or device drivers needing to be updated/rolled back. Check your devices drivers, mainly the human interface drivers (keyboard) and try to update them. If there is no pending update, rollback the drivers to see if that helps.
